Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor client usage of software solutions and provide guidance or training as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, engagement, and account health.
- Stay updated on the company’s software products and industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients
- Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in a software or IT services company.
- Experience in sales support, account management or client success is an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in using relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems or other related ).
