Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to support the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration department. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee records, attendance management, administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining company policies and procedures.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Monitor and verify employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports
- Prepare employee-related documents such as appointment letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department and management
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Support employee engagement activities and help resolve employee concerns professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting minutes when required
- Handle office administration tasks including filing, documentation, office supply management, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office maintenance and purchasing activities
- Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of HR and administrative records
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
- Manage internal communication and respond to employee administrative queries
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for daily operational activities
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR and Administration will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
