Job Description
At Digital Consulting Ventures, we help international companies build and manage teams in Nepal across payroll, finance, outsourcing, and business operations.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants exposure to payroll, bookkeeping, compliance, and working with international clients.
You will support the finance and payroll team with day-to-day accounting operations, payroll processing, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative finance tasks.

- Assist with monthly payroll processing for Nepal-based employees
- Support SSF, CIT, TDS, and payroll compliance processes
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and employee finance data
- Assist with bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, expenses, and payment records
- Support monthly financial reporting and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting and payroll files
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payroll and finance matters
- Assist with compliance and finance-related administrative tasks
- Help improve internal finance and payroll systems and processes
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently studying in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
- Knowledge of Nepal payroll concepts such as SSF, CIT, and TDS is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with accounting or payroll software
- Internship or prior accounting experience
- Understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Exposure to international business operations
- Experience working with Australian and global clients
