About Audio Bee
Audio Bee (audiobee.ai) is an AI data services company that helps businesses collect, structure, and quality-check data at scale. We build web scraping infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-assisted QA systems for clients across industries. We are a small, remote-first team that moves fast and uses AI tools as a core part of how we work.
About the Role
Audio Bee is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to work directly with the CEO and Marketing Lead on campaigns that drive revenue. You will own real marketing initiatives from day one: writing emails, improving website copy, executing SEO tasks, and running conversion rate optimization experiments.
This is an AI-first team. You will use Claude Code daily to research, write, test, and iterate on marketing work at a pace that would not be possible with traditional tools alone. We are not looking for someone who writes everything manually; we want someone who knows how to direct AI effectively to produce high-quality output.
The goal of this internship is to convert into a full-time Digital Marketing role. Strong performers who demonstrate consistent results and ownership over the 3 months will be offered a permanent position on the team.

Background: Final semester of an undergraduate or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
What You'll Do
- Write and optimize email campaigns: newsletters, outreach sequences, and follow-up flows
- Write and refine website copy: landing pages, product pages, headlines, and calls to action
- Execute SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta descriptions, and content briefs
- Support CRO efforts: identify friction points, write copy variants for A/B tests, and analyze results
- Use Claude Code to research, draft, iterate, and automate repetitive marketing tasks
- Track and report on key metrics: open rates, click-through rates, organic traffic, and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
- Currently in the final semester of an undergraduate or master's degree
- Strong written English: clear, concise, and audience-aware
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how search engines work
- Familiarity with email marketing concepts (subject lines, open rates, segmentation)
- Curious about data: comfortable reading a basic report and drawing conclusions from it
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own work without close supervision
- Comfortable using or learning Claude Code as your primary AI work tool
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools
- Prior internship or freelance project in digital marketing
- Experience running or managing social media accounts for a brand
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You must have availability overlap with our HQ hours: 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM Nepal Time (March to November) and 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM Nepal Time (November to March), for daily communication with the team.
This is an AI-first team. You will be expected to use Claude Code from day one to do your marketing work faster and better. Candidates who are already comfortable directing AI tools to produce real output will have a strong advantage.
