Job Overview

Grubdirect is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support & Account Management Executive to support restaurant clients with day-to-day requests and account management tasks.

This role involves handling client communications, managing menu updates, uploading new menus, resolving support requests, and ensuring clients receive timely and professional assistance. Candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working with restaurant technology platforms will be a great fit.

Knowledge of WordPress and restaurant POS systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day communication with restaurant clients
  • Handle support requests via email, chat, and phone
  • Update restaurant menus and upload new menu items
  • Assist clients with website and online ordering changes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain organised records of client accounts and support tasks
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop required
  • Must be available Tuesday to Sunday, 1 PM – 8 PM UK Time
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in client support, account management, or customer service
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems or food ordering platforms
  • Basic WordPress knowledge
  • Experience managing website content or menus
