Job Description
A growing financial services organization seeks experienced, detail-oriented Lending Support Officers to assist Lending Managers in ensuring an efficient loan process. This position suits proactive, organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Application Support

  • Assist Lending Managers in preparing, packaging, and submitting loan applications, ensuring files progress smoothly from submission to settlement.

Document Management

  • Review, organize, and upload client documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.

Credit & Valuation Processing

  • Conduct credit checks, order valuations, and track progress to facilitate timely loan approvals.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers and lenders, to ensure efficient processing and clear communication during the loan lifecycle.

Data & System Management

  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in CRM systems.

Problem Solving & Follow-Up

  • Proactively identify potential delays, follow up on outstanding conditions, and ensure all requirements are met promptly.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized client files for compliance and audit purposes, and support general lending team tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
  • One year of experience in mortgage support, loan processing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of lending processes and compliance requirements (e.g., AML/KYC)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive attitude with a strong team orientation
  • Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
