Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Abroad Study Counselor for our on-site office in Hetauda. The counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and applying to international educational institutions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting consultations, assessing students’ profiles, assisting with application procedures, preparing necessary documentation, and providing insights about study destinations, courses, and universities. The role also requires regular communication with students and their families to address any concerns and ensure they are informed at every step.
Qualifications
- Counseling and guidance skills, with the ability to provide personalized education plans tailored to student needs
- Knowledge of overseas education systems, admissions processes, and study visa requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families
- Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and application management
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology for managing student records and processes
- Prior experience in counseling or education consultancy is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
