Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kathmandu (New Baneswor) at Bridge International Consultancy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across all branches, driving student recruitment for international study destinations, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves managing client relationships, guiding prospective students through the study abroad journey, and identifying new business opportunities through institutional partnerships and local collaborations.

The Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales and counseling team to achieve enrollment targets, strengthen relationships with partner universities across the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe, and plan impactful marketing campaigns including seminars, admission days, and outreach programs. Additionally, the role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, maintaining high service standards, and providing regular performance insights and reports to the leadership team.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, preferably in the education consultancy sector
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and track team performance across multiple branches
  • Must have strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes for the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in education consultancy or international student placement is highly preferred
