Job Description
Mero Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, organized, and professional Office Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support, ensure smooth office operations, and assist management in coordinating day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day secretarial and administrative tasks of the office.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence in English and Nepali, including accurate Nepali typing.
- Maintain filing systems, documentation, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Ability to prepare official letters, quotations, tender documents and reports.
- Ability to handle social media, email communication and internet browsing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Honest, disciplined, confident and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive learning attitude and ability to adjust with co-workers and management.
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required for official work.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
