Role Overview
We’re seeking a self-driven, ownership-minded Outbound Business Development Representative Intern to join our onsite team in Kathmandu/Lalitpur. This is a paid internship opportunity where you will own the outbound process, drive measurable results, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This is a numbers-driven, outcome-focused role, your success will be measured by leads generated, meetings booked, and conversion impact rather than just effort or activity.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the Outbound prospecting process end-to-end: research, identify, reach out, and qualify potential clients.
● Support outbound activities including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, personalized emails, and follow-ups.
● Assist with Founder-led prospecting and tailored outreach campaigns. ● Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives to target key accounts and high-value prospects.
● Qualify leads and set meetings for the internal sales/founder team. ● Track outreach and pipeline activities accurately in CRM.
● Continuously refine messaging based on feedback and performance.
What We’re Looking For
● Currently pursuing final year or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
● Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
● Genuine interest in outbound sales, lead generation, and SaaS/tech services. ● Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
● Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Familiarity with the Australian market and startup ecosystem is a plus.
● Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a bonus.
● Must be available in the Australian timezone (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Nepali time).
● Must have own laptop.
