Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor will be responsible for counseling students on international study opportunities, assisting with university applications, and providing tailored advice to help students make informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting students in navigating the application process, maintaining communication with educational institutions, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also requires fostering long-term relationships with students and remaining updated on global education trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with diverse groups of students and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Education processes, including providing tailored academic guidance
- Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a high standard of support throughout the consultation process
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or any relevant field
- Fluency in English and Nepali, both spoken and written
- Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of international academic institutions or experience in educational consultancy is a plus
