Job Description
We are looking for a creative and practical Script Writer & Voice Artist who can turn property details into engaging scripts and deliver professional voiceovers for our real estate videos.This role directly impacts how properties are perceived, so clarity, tone, and storytelling matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging scripts for property listings (houses, land, commercial spaces)
- Understand property features and convert them into selling points
- Deliver high-quality voiceovers aligned with the brand tone
- Coordinate with the video team for timing, flow, and delivery
- Adapt tone based on property type (luxury, budget, investment, etc.)
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Clear, confident, and professional voice
- Good understanding of real estate or willingness to learn fast
- Ability to simplify technical/property details into attractive content
- Basic understanding of video pacing and content flow
- Experience in real estate content or marketing
- Experience in voiceover work (portfolio required)
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
