Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager (Outside Valley) located at Regional Offices. The Regional Manager will lead, manage, and oversee the operations of assigned regions outside the valley. Responsibilities include strategizing regional business plans, managing sales teams, achieving revenue and performance targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage regional operations.
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Experience in business development, sales strategy, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Demonstrated skills in market analysis, operational strategy, and implementing growth initiatives.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and meeting client needs effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing challenges and optimizing processes in dynamic environments.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in telecommunications or network services is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with broadband internet technologies, wired and wireless networks, and operational tools is a plus.
