Role Summary

We’re hiring a Content Specialist for an Australian B2B marketing agency to create high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emails, and campaign messaging.

You’ll work within an AI-augmented content production system, turning strategic briefs into publication-ready content for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Production

Produce B2B content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, web copy, email sequences, social content, and thought leadership articles

  • Translate strategic briefs, research, and transcripts into clear, structured, publication-ready content
  • Maintain consistency in tone of voice and messaging across client accounts
  • Self-edit and refine content to reduce revision cycles
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels
  • Content Systems & AI Workflow
  • Work within structured AI-assisted content production pipelines (prompt libraries, templates, workflows)
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as core production infrastructure, not just support tools
  • Test and refine prompts, templates, and workflows
  • Build reusable content blocks, messaging frameworks, and content assets
  • Contribute insights to improve production systems and efficiency
  • Collaboration & Delivery
  • Collaborate with the team across time zones
  • Provide clear updates in project management tools (e.g. Teamwork)
  • Communicate proactively on blockers, capacity, and brief clarifications
  • Incorporate feedback constructively and efficiently

Requirements

Content & Marketing Skills

  • 2–4 years of content writing/production experience (agency, in-house, or publishing)
  • Strong B2B writing ability across long-form and short-form content
  • Ability to research and simplify complex topics into clear narratives
  • Strong editorial judgement and attention to tone, structure, and clarity
  • Understanding of basic content marketing principles (SEO, campaigns, audience targeting)

AI & Tools Fluency

  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow
  • Experience with prompt writing or AI-assisted content production (preferred)
  • Familiar with Google Docs, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and project tools
  • Ability to distinguish AI drafts from publication-ready content

Important Note

This role requires near-native English writing ability. Content is client-facing for enterprise B2B brands and must meet a high editorial standard. A writing assessment will be part of the selection process.
