What You’ll Do:

  • Market Leadership: Identifying new markets and opportunities in the industries and project sectors for BESS solutions.
  • End-to-End Sales: Leading the entire process from finding potential customers (leads) to negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships and networking with stakeholders from large business houses, engineering firms, and government agencies.
  • Strategic Planning: Pro-active planning and achieving set monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Reporting daily activities and preparing monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Client Advocacy: Ensuring a smooth workflow by resolving customer issues and queries in a simple and effective manner.


What You Bring:

  • Expertise: Experience in B2B sales, business development or project sales (Renewable Energy or Electrical experience preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze the market and create sales strategies based on data.
  • Technical Familiarity: Basic technical knowledge of energy systems, battery technology, and innovative electrical solutions.
  • Drive: A "Target-driven" mindset capable of achieving challenging goals and the ability to maintain performance.
