Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor with strong on-site execution experience to oversee interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3+ years of hands-on site experience in interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities
Ensure project execution as per design drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, العمال (workers), and vendors
Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship
Track project progress and ensure timely completion
Resolve on-site issues and report updates to project manager
Ensure safety standards are followed at site
Take site measurements and assist in BOQ verification when required.
Job Specification
Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior site supervision
Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, finishing, carpentry, etc.)
Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans
Good coordination and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Willingness to work on-site and manage teams
