Architecture Team Head

Next Zen Interiors is looking for a dynamic and experienced Architecture Team Supervisor to lead and manage the design team while ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the architecture/design team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations
• Present design concepts, layouts, and solutions to clients professionally
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and aesthetic requirements
• Guide and support team members in design development and execution
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
• Collaborate with other departments (site, execution, procurement) for seamless project delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior design/architecture field
• Strong knowledge of design concepts, materials, and space planning
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar)
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Female candidates are highly preferred
