Job Description
Experience
- 2-4 years of professional QA/Manual Testing experience.
- Exposure to Selenium, Katalon, or Appium for automation is preferable.
- Experience testing mobile applications (Flutter preferred).
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with testing types: Smoke, Sanity, Integration, Regression, and UAT.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks and iterative development.
Advanced Skills (Preferred)
- Knowledge of load testing and performance testing tools.
- Strong ability to define and validate acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and development teams.
- Ability to conduct risk analysis and shape test strategies accordingly.
- Experience defining and implementing quality gates (entry/exit criteria for design, development, and testing).
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on clarity & completeness when reviewing business requirements and user stories.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to ensure customer expectations are incorporated into testing and release criteria.
- Working Conditions: Standard working hours 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday–Friday).
