Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Parbat Rural Municipality for a Branch Manager at the Parbat Branch of SajiloNet Pvt Ltd. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth delivery of internet services, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure the implementation of company strategies at the branch level. They will be responsible for business development, liaising with customers and local stakeholders, resolving escalations, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves monitoring operational efficiency and implementing initiatives to meet company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff, ensuring high productivity and excellent performance.
- Experience in oversight of branch operations, including workforce management, process improvement, and meeting performance metrics.
- Customer relation management skills to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Knowledge of internet services, IT solutions, and network infrastructure with the ability to ensure seamless technical operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to handle complex scenarios and make effective decisions.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields; relevant certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with the local market and community in Mahabharat Rural Municipality is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
