Chitrawan Unique Net Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic and hands-on Technical Operations Lead to oversee our ISP infrastructure in Chitwan. If you are a networking expert with a passion for innovation and team leadership, we want to hear from you.

Work location: Bharatpur, Chitwan

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership: Lead the daily technical activities to ensure 24/7 smooth ISP operations and seamless connectivity.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the department head on operational planning, execution, and resource optimization.

Team Mentorship: Manage and support the technical team, stepping in to handle junior-level tasks during critical troubleshooting or high-demand periods.

Innovation & Development: Develop custom solutions tailored to ISP requirements and contribute to new product development.

Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical whitepapers, internal knowledge bases, and documentation.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement improved tools and workflows for the NOC and field teams.

Technical Qualifications

Education: B.E. in Electronics/Communication, Computer Science, or an equivalent engineering degree.

Core Networking: Deep understanding of IP Packet flow, OSI layers, and protocols (Ethernet, PPP, PPPoE, DHCP, IPoE).

Routing & Switching: Advanced knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 routing, Multicast routing, MPLS, VPLS, and L2/L3 VPNs.

L3 Technologies: Proficiency in ICMP, TCP, GRE, QoS, and VRRP.

FTTH Expertise: Strong background in ODN networks and OLT/ONT configurations.

Systems & Automation: Skilled in Linux/FreeBSD and scripting languages (Python, Tcl, or Perl) to drive efficiency.

Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Juniper (routers/firewalls), Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, Mikrotik, and Bdcom.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in the Networking/ISP industry.

Solid track record in project management and team handling.

Excellent documentation and record-keeping habits.

Preferred Certifications: JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent.
