Job Description

Sagar Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our enterprise business vertical. This is a key role focused on driving revenue by selling our diverse portfolio of Trading Brands and IT products (including Brother, Konica Minolta, Kaspersky…) to SMEs and large organizations. You will be the face of Sagar Group to the corporate world, building relationships that drive long-term business success.


Role Description

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key corporate accounts, generating leads, and executing sales strategies. Your daily tasks will include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kathmandu.


Key Responsibilities

1. Hunt for New Business: Identify and close deals with Corporate Offices, Banks, Financial Institutions, Conglomerates, and Government/Public Organizations.

2. Manage System Integrators: Develop and manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs) to expand our market reach.

3. Sell the Portfolio: Promote and sell the full range of Sagar Group’s products (all trading brands) and cybersecurity solutions (Kaspersky) to enterprise clients.

4. Build Relationships: Engage with C-level executives, IT heads, and procurement teams to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

5. Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

6. Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies for the corporate sector.

7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts. Report daily to the Operation Head of Sales.


Job Specification

Education : Bachelor Degree

Experience: Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales.

Industry Knowledge: Must have experience selling IT products, software (like Kaspersky), or related trading brands to corporate clients.

Network: Possess existing network within the local corporate, banking, or SI community is a strong advantage.
