Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and performance analytics to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • SEO & SEM
  • Content Marketing

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:

  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads

Create engaging and creative content for:

  • Social media posts
  • Blogs and articles
  • Email campaigns
  • Website updates

Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Meta Business Suite

Improve website search engine rankings through:

  • Keyword research
  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Link building strategies

Generate quality leads and maximize ROI through performance marketing strategies.

Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Prepare monthly marketing reports, campaign insights, and performance analysis.

 

Job Specification

Strong understanding of:

  • SEO & SEM
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Email Marketing
  • Content Marketing

Familiarity with tools such as:

  • Google Analytics
  • Canva
  • SEMrush / Ahrefs
  • HubSpot / Mailchimp
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related digital marketing platforms will be considered an added advantage.
