Job Description
Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

Do you have exceptional standards? We’re searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Maintains a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
  • Ensures to have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities.
  • Supervises the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to - Bedroom service, Bathroom service, cleaning service, Linen maintenance
  • Transmits messages from guests to Housekeeping personnel, laundry department, F&B-room service, front office and engineering.
  • Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

What We need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Certification equivalent plus one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience.
  • Must be able to speak local language(s).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
  • A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement.
