Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure efficient handling of all store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring proper documentation within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials
  • Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or system-based)
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Issue materials to respective departments as per requisition
  • Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies as per standards
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits
  • Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen/F&B team for stock requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
  • Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method is followed
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role (preferably in hospitality/F&B)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in restaurant or hotel operations
