Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Approach and acquire new corporate clients for:
- Office Tiffin Services
- Meeting Boxes (Primary Target Segment)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product sampling sessions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with HR/Admin departments of corporate houses.
- Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Conduct weekly visits to existing corporate clients.
- Ensure service quality, collect feedback, and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain long-term business relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
- Retail Sales Coordination (RTE/RTS Products)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail sellers and distribution partners.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product availability.
- Coordinate and design promotional offers for Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products on platforms such as Daraz, Fastp, and other retail channels.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Organize and manage farmers’ market stalls across Kathmandu Valley.
- Promote home subscription and Ready-to-Serve (RTS) products.
- Engage directly with customers to generate leads and subscriptions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food/FMCG/corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good network with corporate houses and retail markets in Kathmandu Valley.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must be proactive, presentable, and customer-focused.
