Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales & Business Development
  • Approach and acquire new corporate clients for:
    • Office Tiffin Services
    • Meeting Boxes (Primary Target Segment)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product sampling sessions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR/Admin departments of corporate houses.
  • Client Servicing & Relationship Management
  • Conduct weekly visits to existing corporate clients.
  • Ensure service quality, collect feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Retail Sales Coordination (RTE/RTS Products)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail sellers and distribution partners.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper product availability.
  • Coordinate and design promotional offers for Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products on platforms such as Daraz, Fastp, and other retail channels.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Marketing & Promotional Activities
  • Organize and manage farmers’ market stalls across Kathmandu Valley.
  • Promote home subscription and Ready-to-Serve (RTS) products.
  • Engage directly with customers to generate leads and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional materials.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food/FMCG/corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good network with corporate houses and retail markets in Kathmandu Valley.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Must be proactive, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
