Role: Drive sales of heavy equipment, expand market reach, and manage customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Achieve retail sales targets and monitor performance (Target vs Achievement)
Manage collections and ensure timely payments
Conduct market visits, generate inquiries, and follow up on deliveries and tenders
Gather competitor insights and customer feedback
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years experience in heavy equipment or construction machinery sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with a proactive field approach
Willingness to travel extensively
