Sales Officer

Shasheela Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell commercial vehicles across Nepal. The role involves generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, conducting market visits, and achieving sales targets. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company vehicles to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and generate sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and prospects.
• Coordinate with finance, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and sales events.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

• Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and Email Communication).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
