This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include designing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify opportunities, developing communication plans, and promoting sales. The Marketing Executive will work closely with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective marketing campaigns aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Experience in Market Planning and development of marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills in Market Research and understanding consumer behavior
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and coordination
- Proficiency in Sales and generating business opportunities to meet company goals
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and execution of campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in an on-site work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing or relevant industries is preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous
