Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, driving menu innovation, and ensuring efficient kitchen management while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary teams
- Design, develop, and innovate menus for restaurant dining and events
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline standards
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and new dining concepts
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional culinary experience
- Prior experience in a leadership role such as Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred)
