Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly individual to handle both serving and cashiering duties in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order handling, excellent customer service, and accurate billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers professionally and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them on time
- Handle billing and payments (cash, card, digital) using POS system
- Maintain clean and organized dining and billing areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order processing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare cash reports
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (waiter/server and/or cashier)
- Good knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Polite, punctual, and well-groomed
