We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly individual to handle both serving and cashiering duties in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order handling, excellent customer service, and accurate billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers professionally and courteously
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them on time
Handle billing and payments (cash, card, digital) using POS system
Maintain clean and organized dining and billing areas
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order processing
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly
Reconcile daily transactions and prepare cash reports
Job Specification
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (waiter/server and/or cashier)
Good knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Polite, punctual, and well-groomed
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
