Cashier Incharge

We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly individual to handle both serving and cashiering duties in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order handling, excellent customer service, and accurate billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers professionally and courteously
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them on time
• Handle billing and payments (cash, card, digital) using POS system
• Maintain clean and organized dining and billing areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order processing
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare cash reports

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (waiter/server and/or cashier)
• Good knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Polite, punctual, and well-groomed
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
