Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Campaign Manager based in Kathmandu. The Associate Campaign Manager will oversee and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines and goals are met. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and supporting sales and project management activities to drive success.
Qualifications
- Sound understanding of Marketing theories and practice
- Proven experience in Campaign Management and effectively handling end-to-end campaigns
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Project Management and organizing tasks to achieve objectives efficiently
- Baseline knowledge or background in Sales to work in alignment with business development goals
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and adaptable to dynamic workflows
