Role Description
The Dealership Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations within the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, on-site role entails managing relationships with dealership partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the dealership team to meet and exceed sales targets. The role includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, the Dealership Sales Manager will collaborate across departments to align sales goals with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations
- Ability to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and devise data-driven strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools and software for sales tracking and performance management
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainable transportation is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
