Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence. This role goes beyond just posting content it’s about building a strong brand identity, managing a high-performing creative team, and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is not only analytical and organized but also highly creative, confident in front of the camera, and passionate about content creation. You should be comfortable being the face of the brand when needed, while also driving innovative content strategies that engage and convert.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Design and execute a 360-degree social media strategy aligned with business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Content Creation & On-Camera Presence: Lead content ideation and creation, including reels, videos, and campaigns. Confidently appear on camera when required to represent the brand and create engaging content.
Ads Management:: Manage end-to-end paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads), including budgeting, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the creative team (designers, copywriters, video editors) to ensure high-quality, consistent, and on-brand output.
Campaign Execution: Plan and manage monthly content calendars balancing organic engagement with promotional campaigns.
Communication: Act as the key liaison between internal teams and clients/stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, updates, and reporting.
Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights, providing actionable reports.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Mandatory).
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media management with proven success in handling paid campaigns (minimum ad spend experience of $1000+).
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Canva, and content planning tools.
Content Skills: Strong content creation and storytelling ability with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera and representing the brand in video content.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Portfolio: Must present previous work, including successful campaigns and measurable results.
