About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into high-quality designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, banners, ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create layouts for print materials such as brochures, posters, and event visuals.
- Translate briefs into creative concepts and execute them independently.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all design touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver cohesive visuals.
- Prepare and export assets optimized for different platforms (web, mobile, print).
- Ensure design consistency and high standards throughout all projects.
- Support junior designers when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Experience designing for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for creative problem-solving.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects).
- Basic video editing experience.
- Experience with UI/UX concepts.
- Ability to create brand guidelines and visual systems.
