Job Description
Pesa Ad is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design software and the ability to create visually appealing designs for various advertising and branding projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts that align with client requirements and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative materials for both digital and print media
- Create flex boards, acrylic board designs, and indoor/outdoor branding materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and production team to understand project requirements
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain consistency in design quality across all projects
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) education completed
- Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Preference will be given to Bachelor’s running or graduate candidates
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to handle both print and digital design projects
