Job DescriptionAs the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage key business operations, and act as a critical bridge between executive leadership and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Depth of knowledge about the stock market and ensuring the futuristic plan.
- Possess sound working knowledge of Nepal’s capital market, including NEPSE trading mechanisms and SEBON rules, regulations, and compliance processes, with the ability to ensure adherence to applicable securities laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the higher authority to develop and implement corporate strategies and business plans.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Manage financial planning, execution, implementation, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and strategic partners.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive innovation across the organization.
- Develop and mentor leadership teams to build a strong, future-ready workforce.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and key meetings.
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in senior leadership roles such as zonal in-charge of insurance, market head of the corporate house, brokerage, stock analysis, investment influencer, Capital Market, etc.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: demonstrated expertise in strategy development and execution.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and financial risk management.
- Communication Skills: exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability: flexible and resilient in dynamic business environments
