This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Senior Academic Advisor. The Senior Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to prospective students, guiding them throughout the study abroad application process. Duties include evaluating students' academic profiles, helping them choose appropriate programs and institutions, assisting with documentation and visa applications, and preparing them for the necessary standardized tests. The role requires a proactive approach to mentoring and delivering tailored advice for each student's unique goals and requirements.
- Proficient in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in identifying educational and professional pathways.
- Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education to evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable study programs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to provide clear, empathetic, and professional guidance to students and their families.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, application processes, and visa procedures is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in academic advising will be a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
