Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Academic Counselor for a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include providing personalized counseling, conducting sessions, assisting with application processes, recommending suitable universities and destination countries based on students’ academic profiles, and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Academic Advising and Educational Guidance
- Ability to support students in evaluating study-abroad options
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant qualifications in education, counseling, or a related field
- Familiarity with study-abroad processes and a commitment to student success
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Basic Salary: NPR 45,000 + Generous Incentives & Bonus
