Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include creating business proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue goals. The role will require strategic planning, business analysis, and proactive communication to help expand the company's reach and drive growth.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase clinic revenue and market reach. 
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks with hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and corporate clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and stakeholders. 
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and patient needs. 
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new patients and corporate clients.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through business expansion initiatives.
  • Represent the clinic at healthcare events, seminars, and community outreach programs. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and medical teams to improve services and patient experience. 
  • Track sales performance, lead generation, and business development activities using CRM or reporting tools. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 3years+ of experience in business development or senior sales roles.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Understanding of pricing strategy, financial planning, and margin management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
