Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager in liquor division to oversee sales operations and drive business growth in the Kathmandu region. This full-time, on-site role requires managing a sales team, setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, analyze sales data, prepare reports, and ensure the implementation of sales plans to maximize performance.


Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the liquor industry (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in sales and territory management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability in market research, data analysis, and developing actionable sales strategies
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Prior experience in a managerial or similar sales role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the local market and customers in the Kathmandu area is a strong advantage
