About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our product experiences across a growing portfolio of software and AI solutions.

This role is not about making screens look pretty. It is about designing products that people can actually use, especially when the underlying workflows are complex. You will work on our business process automation platform, which helps companies design, manage, and launch operational processes, as well as on selected custom software and AI projects for clients.

You should be comfortable turning messy requirements into clean, usable flows, challenging vague ideas, and working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. We want someone who can think structurally, design clearly, and raise the standard of product design across the company.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to final handoff
• Design intuitive user experiences for complex B2B workflows, dashboards, forms, and multi-step process interfaces
• Translate product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Improve existing interfaces by identifying friction, confusion, and usability issues
• Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape features before they are built
• Run or support user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and design validation
• Create and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI patterns
• Ensure consistency across products while keeping the experience practical and easy to use
• Prepare clean handoff files and work with developers during implementation
• Contribute to product thinking, not just UI production

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio showing real product work, ideally SaaS, B2B, workflow, operations, or data-heavy platforms
• Strong ability to simplify complex systems and turn them into clear user experiences
• Excellent skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Strong command of Figma for wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience working closely with software engineers and product stakeholders
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions with logic, not taste alone
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for usability
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where requirements may evolve quickly
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience designing workflow builders, automation tools, internal tools, ERP/CRM-like systems, or AI-assisted products
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with frontend constraints and implementation realities
• Experience defining or improving design systems at scale
• Exposure to enterprise or operational software
