About The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events & Travel Coordinator to support TalentPop’s global team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of both internal and external events while managing travel logistics and ensuring seamless experiences for our team and partners.

What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of company events including sales dinners, conferences, team gatherings, off-sites, and retreats
- Research and secure venues and manage reservations
- Coordinate vendors including catering, AV, entertainment, décor, and production partners
- Create event timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution checklists
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all events
- Coordinate flights, accommodations, and travel logistics for team members
- Ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company travel policies
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts
- Maintain and improve event planning systems and processes (Google Sheets, Notion)
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders for events and activations
- Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify ways to enhance attendee experience and engagement
- Stay updated on trends in event planning and experiential marketing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple projects
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning, corporate events, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Experience coordinating travel logistics is a plus
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
