Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Incharge to oversee and coordinate programs in the Achham District. The role involves managing regional operations, supervising staff, implementing development projects, and building strong relationships with local stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring program progress, reporting, facilitating team communication, and ensuring alignment with CPREC Nepal’s mission and objectives. The position requires on-site presence in Achham District. This will be a Volunteering work.
Qualifications
- Program Management and Coordination skills with a focus on overseeing regional operations and ensuring project implementation
- Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities, with experience in guiding teams toward achieving organizational goals
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with local communities and stakeholders
- Project Monitoring, Reporting, and organizational skills to maintain quality assurance and timely delivery of interventions
- Knowledge of rural development, gender equality, and socioeconomic challenges in Nepal is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Development Studies, Social Work, or Public Administration
- Ability to reside and work on-site in Achham District
- Proficiency in Nepali; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
