Position 1 : Senior Production Head & Video Editor

Position 1 — Senior Production Head & Video Editor
Role overview
This is a dual role — you will lead all production operations at Sara Sewa while also serving as the primary video editor. You will plan and direct shoots, manage the junior team member, ensure brand consistency across all visual content, and deliver high-quality final edits for social media, property listings, advertisements, and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and direct all property shoots, reels, ad campaigns, and events
- Perform final video editing, color grading, and motion graphics for all content
- Maintain Sara Sewa's visual brand consistency across all platforms
- Guide, manage, assign tasks to, and review work of the junior team member
- Coordinate with the Content and Marketing team on briefs and deadlines
- Manage production equipment, file organization, and asset library
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in video production and editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of motion graphics, canva, After Effects .
- Experience directing or managing shoots independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Position 2 — Junior Video & Photo Editor / Shooter
Role overview
This is a hands-on, on-ground role for someone who is passionate about cameras, storytelling, and real estate visuals. You will handle property shoots, assist in video production, perform photo and basic video editing, and support the Senior Production Head in daily content output. Fresh talent with a strong portfolio is encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Shoot property walkthroughs, reels, stories, and event coverage
- Edit and retouch property photos using Adobe Lightroom
- Create short-form video edits for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Assist the Senior Production Head on large shoots and campaigns
- Organise and maintain the content asset library and file management
- Travel to property sites across Kathmandu valley as required
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience or a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio
- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro/ DaVinci / CapCut)
- Comfortable in operating cameras.
- Physically active and willing to visit property sites regularly
- Eager to learn, takes direction well, and is a team player
- Basic understanding of social media content trends is a plus
