Job Description

Job Title: Bahasa Content Lead

Location: The selected candidate will be required to travel to Nepal for an initial period of 1–2 months for onboarding and training (all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company). After this period, the role will be primarily remote, with occasional travel as required.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day (specific working hours to be mutually agreed upon)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Bahasa Content Lead who can create engaging, learner-focused content for individuals seeking to improve their English language skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of both Bahasa and English, experience in language teaching, and the ability to design and deliver customized learning materials that suit different learner levels.

Key Responsibilities

●      Design and develop creative Bahasa learning materials, lessons, and activities tailored to learner needs.

●      Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to improve the learner experience and align content with platform goals.

●      Communicate with learners, as required, to understand their progress and challenges.

●      Maintain quality and consistency in tone, structure, and delivery across all content.

●      Continuously update and refine learning materials based on learner feedback.

Requirements

●      Excellent proficiency in Bahasa and English (both spoken and written).

●      Prior experience in teaching English or creating educational content is preferred.

●      Strong understanding of language learning techniques and learner psychology.

●      Ability to create structured, easy-to-understand, and engaging lessons.

●      Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

●      Comfortable working for 8 fixed hours daily.

Preferred Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Literature, or a related field.

●      Experience working with e-learning platforms or language learning apps is preferred
