Job DescriptionOur Client, Nandi Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns while guiding junior team members and ensuring high ROI for clients. This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and performance-driven strategies within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Plan and execute multi-company performance marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Improve ROI through continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Create and guide high-converting ad copies and performance-driven ad scripts.
- Lead social media performance strategy aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to internal teams or clients.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and leadership support to junior marketing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-company campaigns.
- Experience in agency environment preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability.
