About The Role

Our Client, BrandAd Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands data-driven marketing, client servicing, and ROI-focused campaign execution across multiple platforms.

You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and delivering measurable results for clients through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals
  • Identify target audiences and create data-driven campaign plans
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments
Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixels
  • Generate actionable insights and performance reports
  • Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPL, and conversions

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for campaign execution
  • Present strategies and reports in a clear, client-friendly manner

Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team
  • Ensure timely execution of all campaigns and deliverables
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and innovation across all digital efforts

Job Specification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot) preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and performance marketing

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SEO, SEM, PPC
    • Social media marketing
    • Google Analytics, Tag Manager
    • CRM tools and marketing automation
  • Experience in budget handling and ROI optimization
