About The RoleOur Client, BrandAd Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands data-driven marketing, client servicing, and ROI-focused campaign execution across multiple platforms.
You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and delivering measurable results for clients through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and company goals
- Identify target audiences and create data-driven campaign plans
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixels
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPL, and conversions
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for campaign execution
- Present strategies and reports in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team
- Ensure timely execution of all campaigns and deliverables
- Maintain quality, consistency, and innovation across all digital efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot) preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEO, SEM, PPC
- Social media marketing
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager
- CRM tools and marketing automation
- Experience in budget handling and ROI optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client handling ability
