Job DescriptionOur client, Just WebOps is seeking an SEO/SEM Executive to take ownership of organic search growth and paid search campaigns across multiple digital projects. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of planning and executing SEO strategies, managing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving search visibility and conversions. The ideal candidate is someone who understands technical SEO, content strategy, paid search optimization, and analytics, and can work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals, indexing issues, crawl errors, and site performance.
- Optimise content structure, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keyword targeting.
- Continuously improve ROI, CPC efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyse performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Executive
- SEO tracking tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog).
- Prepare monthly SEO and SEM performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
- Work with developers to implement:
- Technical SEO improvements
- Structured data and schema markup
- Page speed and performance optimization
- Ensure websites are search engine-friendly, accessible, and scalable.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-optimized content plans.
- Identify content gaps, topical authority opportunities, and high-intent keywords.
- Support landing page optimization and CRO initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
Strong experience with:
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Google Ads campaign management
- Keyword research and search trend analysis
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Executive
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or clients.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and translate insights into growth strategies.
- Understanding of conversion optimisation and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance optimisation.
- Experience working with WordPress or CMS-based websites.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
- Understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and Google Shopping campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
