Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Marketing Head of the 4W Division, based in Kathmandu. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing overall marketing operations, conducting market research, and overseeing public relations efforts. The role will involve close collaboration with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and product launch timelines.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) channels to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (creative, digital, PR) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies proactively to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee development of marketing collaterals including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and in-showroom branding materials.
  • Ensure uniform brand identity and communication standards across all touchpoints, including dealerships and regional offices.
  • Drive innovative promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement and brand recall.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Optimize marketing spend by analyzing ROI and reallocating budgets for maximum effectiveness.
  • Generate actionable insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in 4W or premium/luxury segments
  • Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, and TTL campaign planning and execution
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, public relations, media planning, and event management
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking is an advantage
  • Creative mindset with strong brand storytelling ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
