Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Business Development Intern. The intern will support lead generation efforts, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and assist in building client relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the business development team on strategic initiatives to support company growth and client acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business performance
Proficiency in Communication and ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research
Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and build relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with HR software or SaaS solutions is a plus
